Terms & conditions:

  1. Complaints outside Bareilly will be charged extra Rs.200 as travel expenses.
  2. All spares or PCB or meter repairs will be charged extra as per the estimate shared.
  3. These are only visiting charges;general service or checkup charges to be paid once.
  4. For complaints within Bareilly,the technician will reach your place after 48hrs of the payment and for  complaints outside Bareilly the technician will reach within 4-5 days post the payment.
  5. We would request your cooperation by taking calls made by our service teams which would otherwise result in delaying your complaint resolution.
  6. Incase you directly get in touch with the technician, Sanjay Enterprises will not be responsible for any of your monetary loss or any damage caused to your machine by the technician.
  7. After sharing the estimate cost for complaint resolution,we would request you to make the payment within 7 days otherwise the complaint will be considered closed or cancelled and the customer would need to pay the charges again for complaint restoration.
  8. Incase of any issue at the site of  complaint i.e. electricity, space problem,customer not being available at home or any other issue we will not be responsible for any delays,we would seek your cooperation in clearing the space for technicians assistance.
  9. Incase of any unforeseen climatic conditions or any other issues which are not in control of human beings the complaints may get delayed,we regret for the inconvenience caused.
  10. Incase of any mishappening with the  technician at the site of complaint the customer will have to bear the cost of treatment or medical aid of the person.
  11. We request you to kindly check the product/machine thoroughly before giving the satisfaction note to the technician as any problem  later will be treated as a new complaint for which the charges will again have to be borne by the customer
